Your role will include assisting in creating a list of potential clients and engaging them by directly calling, networking and walking into their businesses to talk with them. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal, engagement skills and follow up and follow through skills. Candidly, this job is definitely not for you if you are not self motivated or dislike accountability. We reward greatly to those who contribute greatly.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage business owners with different communication strategies (calling, walking in, networking etc.).
  • Results-based: You will register a minimum of 10 leads into complimentary workshops/seminars per week for Part-Time. Full-Time 20 leads into complimentary workshops/seminars per week.
  • Follow up with attendees, post-event to book meetings with the coaches.
  • Create and deliver reports on our direct marketing performance.

You Must:

  • Understand professional phone etiquette and demonstrate a confident and professional demeanor in person.
  • Be phenomenal at communicating with business owners through direct marketing methods.
  • Be accountable and responsible for identifying and researching potential business clients.
  • Have the motivation to assist in growing our brand’s awareness rapidly and contribute to achieving our aggressive prospect lead and marketing targets.
  • Add to our database and engage owners to register for complimentary workshops and 1-1 meetings with our team.
  • Communicate with the firm leader on activities and results on a very regular basis.

Results-Based Compensation: Base Pay with Results Bonuses

Job Type: Part-time; Estimated 20-24 hours per week or Full-Time; 40 hours per week

Number of hires for this role: 1-2

Location: Remote | Lincoln and Lincoln Metro

Typical Schedule: Monday to Friday

Requirements:

  • Experience in direct marketing or sales.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and has critical thinking skills.
